In tropical rainforest there are two main seasons. They are called the wet and dry seasons. The two seasons last about six months each. The temperate rainforest has the same seasons but one is long and wet and the other the other is short hot and foggy. The hottest temperature is 27 degrees in the summer time. In the winter it is below 0 degrees.
